alert state history:

Result:
C0 is always alerting, but C1 got no data, and because I set OK when these is no data, the state be Normal.
It’s not reasonable, since my alert is C0 or C1, when C0 is alert, it should be Alerting.

Is there any explanation for this phenomenon?
