Error 500 internal server

Hello,

I have a problem currently, when I want to display the metric of a network device that is supervised (zabbix) it does not work.
the error that appears is “request failed, status: 500 Internal Server Error”
after research on the internet, I understood that it came from the php memory of the grafana web server
But I can’t find any information about grafana webserver to modify php memory.

I’ve never heard of this issue. Can you include more details like screenshots and some of your data?

I had the same problem, i needed to refresh some times to load my page, It may occur because of network resource limitations (mine was)…
