Editing Alert Channel error

I’m trying to configure my first alert channel. I open the specific page and setup my e-mail. See picture below.

I can save it successfully.
When I hit “send teste” i recieve the error message below:
What am I doing wrong?

Check grafana server log, maybe your SMTP configuration is not working or error with connecting to your SMTP server

I’m sorry.
I forgot to tell that I’m using Grafana Cloud. How do I get access to the LOG?

Then it might have been a temporary issue, are you still getting this error?
