Does Grafana create tickets by integrating with ticketing tool like OTRS or Request tracker using webhook?

Hi,

Does Grafana support ticketing tool like OTRS (https://www.otrs.com/) or Request tracker(https://bestpractical.com/#rt-learn-more-blurb)? For example if there is a alert notification based on the threshold configured in grafana dashboard, grafana create a ticket in ticketing tool viz OTRS or Request Tracker using webhook or any plugins etc… I am running grafana version 5 in my current setup.

Any help will be highly appreciable.
