Displaying variable time shifts

Hi,

We are trying to build a variable time series based on a ‘month’ and ‘year’ filter:

Ideally, we’d like to remove the built-in absolute time range and only use our filters for building this graph:

Is there any possibility to make the time series change based on the input variable ‘Month’ and ‘Year’?
