Different authentication level for one user in one organization

I’m trying to specify some authentication level for a user named “jack”. jack is in “sales” organization. on sales organization there are 5 dashboards.

I want jack to only have view access to 3 dashboard and admin access to 2 dashboards. how can I do this?

There are no per dashboard permissions yet, coming in v5 (although dashboard permissions will not equal data isolation or security as anyone can technically issue query to a datasource.
