Connect Mysql 4 in GRAFANA

Is there any way to connect grafana to a mysql 4.0 server?

a) why?

b) what’s the problem when you simply try?

c) what’s the reason for not upgrading MySQL?

d) could the federated storage engine be a useful middleman?

Antony.

MySQL-Server does not support required Protocol 41+

Okay, so:

c) what’s the reason for not upgrading MySQL?

d) could the federated storage engine be a useful middleman?

Antony.

c) We are not talking about 1 server, but thousands.

d) NO.

any response about? Thanks

c) We are not talking about 1 server, but thousands.

So, surely that’s thousands of reasons to upgrade from software that’s so old
and out of support that I can’t even find out how old it is from the MySQL
archive site. The oldest version there is 5.0.15 from October 2005.

d) NO.

Okay, it was only a suggestion that I thought might help.

I can’t think of any other way to join Grafana to a 15 year-old unsupported
DBMS.

I see, you are then unable to help.

Does anyone have any other ideas?
