Where has cab View gone? One of the good things about this program is being able to see the Node situation and Individual cabenets which seems to have disapeard. I tried emailing support but they refused to help

Not sure we can help you - I don’t have access to this Grafana instance. I think only the company that owns it can make changes.

Is there a way of contacting the company that owns it to see if they can help?

I have never heard of horizon tv or connect field tech uk - do they have a support email or phone number you can use to contact them?

Don’t worry if you can’t speak (or write) German - it’s very likely that a
media company based in Köln is going to have plenty of people with pretty good
English.

The best link I can recommend from that page (in case you don’t happen to do
German) is kundenservice@unitymedia.de - that translates as “customer service
at Unity Media”, and Unity Media very recently merged with / got taken over by
Vodafone (hence all the other references to Vodafone on that page).

Who is “you”? The open source Grafana project? Unity Media/Vodafone own the Grafana instance so I don’t see how any external person could help. Good luck with getting help - hope you find the right support person to help you log in.

Tech UK” is?

Basically, there is certainly nothing we here can do for you - we’re just a
bunch of Grafana users (and some developers), who have no more access to that
site, or whomever created it, than you do.

As Daniel Lee said “only the company that owns it can make changes”.
