Combined time range in dashboard

Hi, how i can use a combined time range? for example
FROM
TODAY from 09:00:00
TO
TODAY TO 22:00:00
for global dashboard and in Query options in

The idea is that I only need the data on the chart during a certain period.

Today so far doesn’t suit me,

Any ideas?
