# Can't find the "Trace to Profiles" segment on the page of datasource tempo in Grafana

there should be a section on tempo datasource like this

Had the same issue. Check your grafana version, 10.4 is needed unless you enable `traceToProfiles` feature in [10.3](https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/v10.3/setup-grafana/configure-grafana/feature-toggles/)
