Atcive problem summarized by table

Hi all

I am using Zabbix 7.0 and Grafana 11.5 and I am trying to create a dashboard to show the number of active problems by host group and severity in a table format.

Something like this picture, but showing the active problems

what would the raw data look like coming from zabbix?

what would the column values be in this table you want

I tried to use some Transform to get the data by column like

but the group column is coming with multiples values concatenated and I am not able to split.
