Are annotations having millisecond accuracy on a Time series graph?

Hi,

When displaying an Annotation on a Time series graph, once I mouse over the annotation the time accuracy looks to be at a second level, is it possible to see it in a higher accuracy like milliseconds (YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss.SSS)?
Example:

I see it in a YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss format.

However, I am able to see my graph values in milliseconds, YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss:
