I would like to create an empty panel.
no title, no text, nothing.
I should be able to resize it like a normal panel, but it should be totally empty.
How?
I was able to do this using Canvas panel.

Nice that you actually found this via Canvas panel (which I didn’t knew) 
I know this via Text Panel as just leave it blank and remove the Panel title and description
