I have a bunch of windows servers running Alloy. They do not have any internet connection, so windows events become flooded with “failed to report usage” messages. Minutely!
How do I prevent Alloy from sending stats?
Or, how do I control/drop those events from being sent to windows events?
Using CLI key `--disable-reporting` is not an option, as it requires modifying windows service.
Need config keys to control both.
