Hi I’m wanting to add a easy clicked input field to write the values of a threshold. i want something that can be changed by the user when the dash board is locked from editing.

Short answer: Sorry, dynamically assigned thresholds (or those that you wish for a user to input) are still a feature request .
Long answer: There are workarounds. See here for an example.
Thanks for the info, do you know if the feature will be added at anytime soon.
