24 hours of data (one day) in one SQL row

Dear Friends
I am totally new to Grafana, installed version: 8.3.0.
I have successfully connected to a Postgresql database with data in the following format:

kép1064×148 14.3 KB

So there are 24 columns for every hour (h0…h24).
Can i use this data structure in Grafana?
I would like to display the 24 hours on the x-axis and the hourly data on the y-axis.

there are probably many ways to model this data so that you can visualize it in Grafana.
